What We Clean
Bedrooms

Linen washed and ironed.

Beds made up, clean towels left on bed (one bath and one hand towel)

Mirrors polished

Furniture polished and cleaned inside draws and cupboards etc..

Cobwebs removed from ceiling areas.

Ceiling fans cleaned.

Floors brushed and mopped, skirting boards cleaned.

Windows polished.

Doors wiped down, internal and external.

Light bulbs checked, bulbs not working will be replaced, but the cost of replacement will be invoiced (copy of receipt scanned and emailed over to you) this applies to the whole house.

Lounge / Bathroom

All furniture polished inside and out (any books / games will be organised neatly), throws washed and iron when needed (spare set will be required), skirting boards, ceiling fans, cobwebs, doors and windows (external included) all cleaned to a high standard, please note furniture will be pulled out and cleaned behind. Floors will be brushed and mopped.
- Bath, toilet, sink, mirrors, tiles, taps and shower head washed down and a polished off finish to all. Floor brushed and mopped. Bins cleaned out and bin bag left inside.
- One bath mat and shower mat cleaned (Note; a spare of each will be required, this saves time cleaning on site and provides a better finish especially to the shower mat)
- We supply a full liquid hand soap left at the side of the sink.
Kitchen

All cupboards cleaned inside and out.

All pots will be removed, inspected when we are cleaning inside the cupboards and washed if required.

Washer / fridge cleaned inside and out.

Table and chairs cleaned

Windows cleaned

Skirting boards, floor will be brushed and mopped.

Sink polished off

All excess food products and rubbish removed.

Outside Area;
-
Wherever possible the outside area will be cleaned as near to the arrival day. All garden furniture washed down, floors brushed and mopped, Patio doors washed and polished. Any excess airbeds causing clutter will be cleared away.
